Refund policy

Returns can only be accepted if the item is unused, shipped in original packaging and has all items in all quantities in the return shipment. In the event an order is returned and there are items missing, we will process the return only for the items present. 
To help cover credit card fees, restocking time and man hours a 12% restocking fee will be applied. 
In the event an order being cancelled prior to shipping, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to ensure it doesn’t go through production. Once an item goes through production after the 24 hour window if the order is canceled there will be a 8% cancellation fee. 
In the event you receive an order and it is not what you ordered or items are missing, please contact us immediately. We know this stuff isn’t cheap and we value the choice you made to work with us. We want to make it right and ensure all things are corrected.
